General Discussion/Business:
Football coach’s shirts have been ordered.Cheer coach’s shirts to be ordered.
Football Teams all slotted to play Division I.
Preliminary schedule to be released week of 8/14; Final Schedule to be released week of 8/21.First game 8/26.
Cheer bows ordered, all other cheer accessories to be ordered.
Cheer mats to be ordered; need final quote for Board’s approval.
Cheer practice field at PPES open Mon – Thurs through Sept. 21st .Availability after 9/21 TBD.
Cheer indoor space (Oct practices) may cost more this year (previous years CCPR charged $10 per cheerleader)
Homecoming to be held Oct. 14th or Oct. 21st .TBD.
Discussed possibility of holding a Pep Rally the Friday evening before Homecoming.TBD.
All Pro setting up webstore for HYC for spirit wear/apparel.
