GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – October 10, 2017
Meeting opened at 8:00pm at HVFD

Shannon Gatens took minutes in secretary’s absence.
Checks were written and given to Sean and Kim for club expenses.
Kim is sending invoices for CCPR and cheerleading competition.
Payment was discussed for HYC goodies and t-shirts. Half of the payment has been made.
Kid t-shirt actual price: $16
Adult t-shirt actual price: $17.50
Kid hoodie actual price: $25
Adult hoodie actual price: $28
Charging $20 for all shirts. $35 for adult goodies and $30 for kid hoodie.
Pep rally set-up begins at 5pm on Friday. Field is reserved for 5-9pm.
Each team will set up a pop-up tent on grass close to the parking lot. Andre is bringing 3 generators for black lights.
Trophy for team that has the best decorated tent.
Punt, pass, kick game may not happen due to lack of volunteers.
Team rosters will be provided for Friday and Saturday.
Volunteer announcers have been found for homecoming.
All teams will be announced on Friday.
Borrowing PFE sound system and black tunnel for Saturday.
2 inflatables- bounce house and sports games total is $450.
Boom sticks, small foam footballs, and glow sticks have been purchased for give-aways.
Sean is picking up tables and raffle basket from Top Hat on Friday.
Arriving to set up homecoming stuff at 8am.
Inflatables arriving at 9am.
Kim is getting balloons and table cloths.
Vendors will be present.
Cheerleaders are doing bake sale.
Kim is bringing music.
Raffle baskets will be delivered to field no later than 9am on Saturday.
Only ordering trophies are flag and 7U cheer and football teams. 1st place winners will get trophy as well.
