  • Cheer Commissioner Kim Koteff to step down. Position is vacant and to be advertised/open to all club members.

  • Cheer, new uniforms to be ordered next year.  Similar to football players—participants will purchase their own uniforms.

  • Need storage for cheer mats by mid-December.  Kim Koteff, Natalie Mirtich & Leslie Helwig currently storing mats and uniform bins.

  • Cheer needs representation within SMYAC.  They are currently under no rules or guidelines.  Past years they were regulated by Parks and Rec, but no longer have anyone regulating.  To be presented to SMYAC Board.

  • Lacrosse Registration to open online Dec. 1st.

  • Fred Lynch to put up Lax registration signs on Route 4 prior to Dec. 1st.

  • Same lax uniforms from last year.  Registration options to be adjusted to allow participants to purchase entire uniform, or jersey/shooter shirt and lax shorts separately. Need to figure out price breakdown.

  • HYC to waive Scoopers lacrosse registration fee this season.

  • Discussed lacrosse field availability and option to rent lower field at Calverton.  Need costs to determine if it’s an option.

  • Next Fall we will not hold the Fundraiser Blitz.  Our fundraiser hurt HHS’s so we will opt to find another option.

  • Meeting adjourned at 8:25pm
